Back to School BlessingsPosted on August 31st, 2019
As our campers head back to school and our camp community begins the new year, GFC is gearing up for an amazing 2020 season! There is so much fun to look forward to this year… weekends at camp, events in your cities, programs at your Jewish Community Centers and congregations, and Summer 2020!
Greene Family Camp is more than just these fun events. We are a family and we are here to support each other, at home and beyond. As we look toward the year ahead, our full-time team has some advice to share with students beginning their school year.
Remember to laugh and always eat your cookies with milk!
Take chances. Make mistakes. Get messy!
Shoot for the moon, because even if you miss, you’ll land amongst the “Stars in the Sky.”
Be unapologetically you.

Always be kinder than necessary.
Wear your sandals all year, let those feet breathe!!! (Oh, also do your homework)

The more you read, the more things you will know. The more you learn, the more places you’ll go… (Back to Bruceville next summer!!)
Appreciate every moment! Daily, make someone’s life better! Smile.
