Ready for an adventure? Seasoned and first time skiers alike are invited to join us in Winter Park, Colorado for our third annual GreeneSki. Spend time on the slopes with other Jewish teens from Texas and Oklahoma. We will stay at a Winter Park ski resort condo, make our meals together, celebrate Shabbat, and of course spend lots of time on the mountains!
The cost of the ski trip is $670 + airfare if you sign up before December 1, from your local city. After December 1st, the price then rises to $715. The price includes the bus to and from the airport in Denver, lodging for three nights, breakfast and dinner each day, 2-day ski rentals/equipment, 2-day lift tickets, and tubing.
Your child will be flying out of your local city to the Denver Airport. There will be a staff member on certain flights from Houston and Dallas if you wish to have your child with a staff member on a flight. You may also book your ticket and have your child fly by their selves, but they MUST be in the Denver Airport no later than 11:30AM on Friday, January 13, 2017. We recommend flying DIRECT whenever possible. Please book your flight home on Monday January 16, 2017 no later than 4:00 PM unless you are on the flight with the GFC Staff.

Houston: January 13, 2017 – Southwest 330 Departs HOU at 10:15AM and arrives in
DEN at 11:45AM
January 16, 2017 – Southwest 342 Departs DEN at 2:05 and arrives at HOU at 5:20PM
Dallas: January 13, 2017 – Southwest 1617 Departs DFW at 8:50AM and arrives in
DEN at 9:50AM
January 16, 2017 – Southwest 621 Departs DEN at 2:50PM and arrives at
DFW at 5:40PM
Please book flights as soon as possible to ensure the cheapest fares. We must have all flight information by December 15, 2016.
A charter bus will pick up the group at the airport and take us to the resort. The travel time from airport to resort is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. The bus will return the group to the airport on Monday.
If your child’s flight is delayed, we will have a staff member wait at the airport in a rental car until the last child has arrived safely. Participants should book direct flights when possible.
We will be staying at The Vintage in Winter Park, Colorado. The cost of breakfast and dinner each day is included. Lunch on the slopes each day and while traveling is NOT included in the price.
If your child has never skied, s/he is required to take a ski lesson and the instructor will have to speak to a staff member to clear the child before s/he will be allowed to go out after the lesson. We will work with skiers of all levels to choose runs that are appropriate to their skill level.
The staff child ratio is 1 staff member per 7 children. Medical care is offered on the mountain and we will have a trained medical professional on the trip with us.
Things to know:
– Every participant, including staff, will be required to wear a helmet while on the slopes.
– Return flights need to be made after 2PM on Monday, January 16, 2017 from Denver to your local destination.
– A packing list will be provided at a later date.
– Pre-trip orientations will take place in December.

Terms & Conditions of Payment
• Register risk-free before December 1, 2016!
• A $250 deposit is due upon registration and is fully refundable before December 1, except for a $25 administrative fee
• After December 1 the $250 deposit becomes non-refundable.
• By December 15, 2016 the remaining balance of your trip is due. This must be paid online through your CampMinder account.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations before December 1, 2016 will receive a 100% refund of the deposit and any program fees paid with the exception of a $25 administrative fee. After December 1, the $250 deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations after December 1 will be subject to a prorated refund scale:
• After December 1 – 75% of the registration fees paid, less the $250 deposit
• After December 15 – 50% of the registration fees paid, less the $250 deposit
• After December 31– 25% of the registration fees paid, less the $250 deposit
After January 1 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellations.
After December 1, 2016 the $250 deposit is non-refundable unless withdrawal from the program is accompanied by a documented medical emergency. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel, you will be refunded 50% of all fees paid at the time of cancellation, including the deposit and program fees.
Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed. All cancellation requests must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to email@example.com. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone.
