Hurricane Harvey Camp Grant

Hurricane Harvey Camp Grant

URJ Greene Family Camp is pleased to offer financial assistance to families who suffered significant damage as a result of Hurricane Harvey.

A major portion of the assistance provided is made possible through the generous support of the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston and the Foundation for Jewish Camp. We are also grateful for the commitment of our former campers, staff, parents and friends whose contributions continue to make camp accessible for families throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

To take advantage of this opportunity, please register your child for Summer 2018 and complete a Hurricane Harvey Camp Grant application.

Additional Support

If this is your child’s first 23-day session at Greene Family Camp, you’re also eligible to receive a $1,000 non-need based incentive grant from One Happy Camper, which is funded by the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston.

And if you need additional help, be sure to contact your synagogue and Jewish Children’s Regional Service.

Funds are limited, and recipients of Hurricane Harvey camp grants may not apply for additional financial assistance from GFC. If you have any questions, please contact Larry Nathan, Director of Advancement, at or 254-859-5411, ext. 1260.
