URJ Greene Family Camp is pleased to offer partial, need-based financial support or “camperships” to help families send their children to summer camp.
A significant portion of the assistance we provide is made possible through the generosity of former campers, parents and friends of GFC. We are extremely grateful for their support and commitment to making camp accessible for families throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
steps to take Before Applying for a campership >
Request financial assistance from your synagogue.
We ask that you apply for support from your synagogue before applying for financial assistance from GFC (required). If you do not belong to a synagogue, please contact Ethan Lane-Miller at email@example.com.
Apply for a $1,000 One-Happy Camper Grant
We have awarded all of the One Happy Camper grants for summer 2021. If you are looking for additional financial aid, please email Ethan Lane-Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your child will be a first-time, 24 day/full session camper next summer, you may be eligible to receive a non-need based grant of up to $1,000 from Foundation for Jewish Camp.
Apply for assistance from GFC’s funding partners.
You must apply to at least two funding partners (synagogue may be included) before applying for support from GFC.
If you do not belong to a synagogue or live in a Jewish community that does not provide scholarships for summer camp, please contact Ethan Lane-Miller at (254) 410-6694 or email@example.com.
