dESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR fAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN (UNDER THE AGE OF 8) WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN TO GFC
April 21-23, 2023
In partnership with the Dallas JCC ECC
This experience will bring your family together, enjoy activities planned just for you, and meet new friends. We specialize in helping your family have fun, and spend quality family time together while building community, making new friends, and engaging with and learning about Jewish rituals and customs over Shabbat or holidays.
We strongly believe that every Jewish family belongs at family camp and our communities seek to warmly welcome all family structures, families with members who do not identify as Jewish, families of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and families with children and/or adults with disabilities.
You bring the fam. We bring the fun.
Designed especially for new and returning families with at least one camp-Aged child (1st grade and older)
Do you have camper-aged children who are curious about camp? Do you miss camp and want to experience GFC with the entire family? Join us at GFC for our Family Getaway! This is an opportunity for the whole family to experience GFC for the weekend. Families will enjoy celebrating Shabbat, signing around the campfire, ziplining through the air, and experiencing the best of what camp has to offer. Family Getaway is a great opportunity to get a taste of camp. During this all-inclusive weekend, campers of all ages are housed with their parents but will have their own group of similar age campers to share in activities and programming. This weekend is geared towards camper-aged children.
