February 10th-12th
family getaway is a Shabbat weekend family camp
designed especially for new and returning families with at least one
camp-aged child (1st grade and above)
Do you have camper-aged children who are curious about camp? Do you miss camp and want to experience GFC with the entire family? Join us at GFC for our Family Getaway! This is an opportunity for the whole family to experience GFC for an all-inclusive weekend. Families will enjoy celebrating Shabbat, signing around the campfire, ziplining through the air, and experiencing the best of what camp has to offer.
Family Getaway is a great opportunity to get a taste of camp. During this all-inclusive weekend, campers of all ages are housed with their parents, but will have their own group of similar age campers to share in activities and programming. This weekend is geared towards camper-aged children.
Greene Family Camp believes every Jewish family belongs at camp and seeks to warmly welcome all family structures, multi-generation families, families with members who do not identify as Jewish, families of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities and families with children and/or adults with disabilities.
